haste is a stat that some bosses can have. following their percent of haste they can do multiple thing, each time they dodge they will lose 10% of haste.

1% to 50% haste : can dodge slow attacks
51% to 100% haste : can dodge any attacks
over 100% haste : bosses can dodge multiple time
