Changes: Memers Union Member

Memers are the standard members of the Memer's Union. They use low budget meme attacks to do damage to enemies that rival the union or enemies that are just unradical. If these NPCs are disturbed, they will attack all surrounding enemies, but if the player attacks, they will retaliate.

Description

Memers vary in size and shape. Some appear human, and others appear to be aliens or other entities. They often wear "Meme Swag" which is the closest thing Memers have to a uniform.
