The Riot Suppressors are Megacorp androids used to put down riots and provide considerably heavy security. They are equipped with Military-grade systems, Imperialite armor, and laser guns in their arms. They can also be equipped with energy shields and stun batons. Riot Suppressors are prominent enemies on Fajon during the first part of Operation: Final Strike, where they are found guarding Lumberbots and exterminating the moon's native species. They are then seen again in the third part of the questline, providing auxiliary fire to Imperial robots during the takeover of Hurs Relay Station.

Origins

The Riot Suppressors, designated as RSUs, were developed by Megacorp for use as police and security amongst civilian planets that had no official Government law enforcement agencies.

Operation: Final Strike

Because Megacorp holds neutrality among the far reaches of space, almost anyone could purchase their products. Unidentified parties bought supplies of Riot Suppressors, and then donated them to the operation that led to the destruction of several planets that held high amounts of Celestial Energy. The Riot Suppressors can be found after the player attacks or calls out the Lumberbots on the forest moon of Fajon. They are also found guarding the main facility and operating hovertanks that are sent after the player. They appear again aboard Hurs Station when the Imperial takeover begins.

Description

The Riot Suppressors are humanoid robots with black and yellow armor. Their faceplates sport visor-like eyes and a respirator-like mouthpiece, giving the illusion that they are organic beings in exosuits. They have laser guns in their right arm, and can also be equipped with batons in their right arms and shields in their left arm. They also have ports to attach jetpacks and heavy weapons.
